Yes, it is the tray under the set of five augers. The two outside and center augers have wore thru the metal tray. I had considered installing sheet metal but getting to the center auger area is going to be extremely difficult. I am also concerned about a fire when welding inside the combine. Considered using pop riviets to retain the repair panels. I would still need to replace the front wood block bearings inside the machine as well as repair / replace the augers. Have you ever welded new tubing to the end of the augers that would ride in the wood blocks.
