Fill the cylinders with tranny fluid. And forget the rocking of the tires its a joke big time. Let it sit a week and then with a 12 volt battery try to starter with the plugs out. Never leave them out to keep dirt out. Hit the starter with short fast hits don't hold it. If it frees up good if it doesn't top them off again and try in a week. Keep doing that for 6 months. If it doesn't free up in 6 months its time to go deeper. BTDT and have so for out of 20 only had 2 that didn't pop free doing that
