When I picked up a counter weight for my 240u from a local auction I thought it would be just right. It was a full 55gal. drum filled with cement and set onto a platform that mounted to the 3 pt. As you can imagine I soon learned that it was a bit too much. When I mounted it with out the loader I was able to literally lift the front tires off the ground by myself. I regret not getting someone to take a picture of me doing that but I was in a hurry to get that monster off of my little tractor. If you know anyone that needs a barrel of cement... I now have a half barrel filled with rocks and cement and it is just fine.
