I have seen the bareel full of cement work. Also have seen then full of water, scrap iron, sand, dirt anything that is heavy. A couple of them had regular 3 point style drawbars stuck in the barrel and a bracket for the top link so ity doesn"t sway for the hook up. I tend to like the sand idea so the weight can be adjusted and I always have use for sand once in a while. Only thing is you might have to "weed " the barrel in summer and keep it in the shed or covered up so the barrel doesn"t rust out.
