Hello all. I"m looking for the oil pump cover (part #6098 D) for a Farmall A. When I took the oil pump out to reface the cover in the hopes of getting a little better pressure (it was in fact worn), I noticed that it was pitted, or broken in several places around the outside edges. Looks like this piece is aluminum and it is severely pitted. Anybody seen this before?
Also need the gasket (43415 D) to go with it, or perhaps a suggestion on what to use for a gasket. What came off was an extremely thin paper type gasket.
Other than that, pump is fine, so I really don"t need the whole thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
