If there's actually a leak it would be one of the 2 seals on the T/A unit leaking into the T/A clutch compartment, or the IPTO drive gear shaft seal leaking into compartment. But if the 3/4 inch bolt bosses on either side of the center housing don't have a plug or bolt in them the power washer will loosen old crap in the T/A clutch compartment and make it seam like a leak for a while after.
