There are fellers on this board who know a LOT more than I do, but I'll give you some preliminary info. 1. I believe the distributor was an upgrade, and not all that uncommon. 2. Oil pressure is good when the oil is cold (and thicker) and goes down when it gets hot (thinner) To some degree this is normal. Lots of H's run for years on 5-10 pounds of oil pressure. It's due to increased clearances around bearings as the engine wears. 3. Water pump kits are available from the usual sources, such as Rice Equipment. One of the regulars (Red Fritz, fer instance) will no doubt post the contact information.
