Randy: For the most part, what Jim and gene are saying works, however I have seen these with enough presure on the gears, it takes more. First problem is your not completely sure which direction of transmission rotation is creating the presure. I only ever struck one this bad, and what we used was an anchor vechicle and a set of come-a-longs. With tractors rear wheels on the ground, tighten the come-a-long between tractor and anchor vehicle. If it doesn't work pulling one direction, then try the other direction. Very rare that it ever becomes this difficult.
