I'm running a CROSS 3PT with it and 3PT runs great, only problem is the overflow from the vent cap. Do I just need a longer neck on the tube or do I have a problem?

To answer your first question, yes its called a Lift-All. I also have a Super M with the Lift All, but it doesn't leak out the fill tube. Maybe yours is overfull...
