Greg: You've lost me, is this the bolt that holds axle in final drive or bolts that hold wheel on axle. I've looked through my IT manual and my IH Blue Ribbon service manual and see nothing re torque on either. It's been 45 years since I had a final drive apart, as I recall it was maximum pull on an 18" wrench handle, seems to have worked well. On the wheels I've been using a 24" handle on my bolts. I probably don't get anymore ft-lb on the 24" handle today than 18" 45 years ago, at least I sence that.
45 years ago, I could take the rear cast hub of a 560 from the ground and place it on the axle. I don't think I can do that anymore.
