The firing order is 1-5-3-6-2-4 if you want to check for plug wire pranksters. Could be kids, neighbors, your brother-in-law, or your coffee shop buddies.
They have this moisture removing spray you can get in a can that may help if there is moisture in the dist. You can check the dist. seal to see if it is ok.
I don't know if this will work, but you might try pulling one plug wire at a time while it is running to see if you can isolate which cylinder is the problem if there is a stuck valve. Then you could squirt some oil in the spark plug hole to lube it. For that matter it might not hurt to pull and check all the plugs and squirt some oil in all the cylinders.
I don't know if a blown intake manifold gasket would do the same thing or not.
