My takes is that it is his right, within limits, to operate his busines as he see fit. I have turned away some fields to aerial spray because it was too risky. (..and it had to be VERY risky for me to do that) I would accept having to go under power lines on every pass and many other things but bottom line ended up being that I averaged turning away under 2 percent per year. Some of those got argry and other agreed with me. Win some... lose some. Just my view. agpilot.
