Jon- Take a look at the wire harness on your tractor. I might be that a bunch of extra wires are folded back and taped over in the original harness. If so it is a mixed blessing because the insulation is likely rotten, but you might get lucky. Lights and bulbs are a matter of how much $$$ authentic do you want to go for. My cynicism involves the technical point that a "12 volt starter" has down sized wires, insulation, and overall design. If you got an original 6 volt unit, never, ever, let it get re-wound for 12 volts! Those 12 volt DC generators are still available at old car swap meets and out in the sticks car junkyards.
