you're better off with a small tandem disk harrow, peg tooth harrow, rotary hoe, or any number of non pto tillage tools. first because the tractor isn't suitable and second because tillers can overwork the soil, as someone said on this topic a few weeks ago. if you need a tiller for a special reason, then you may have to rent or buy an outfit depending on how often you need one.
