It looks to be a '59-'63 model by the oval "Cub" emblems on the hood doglegs. That deluxe seat and bent-over shift lever COULD be correct for that age of Cub.
If my theory holds, then what is incorrect is the grille. It should be a 4-bar grille, not a mesh grille. Also, the decals are wrong.
Exhaust is definitely wrong. While that tractor may have had the underslung exhaust, it would've been underslung. This exhaust runs back over the top of the rear axle...
Neat idea how they bolted two axle housings together on the right. Wonder how they did the shaft.
