Use an insulated pulg wire pliers and pull the plug wire loose from #3 while it is misfiring. If, as you pull the wire farther from the plug terminal (do not pull it all the way off, just increase the gap to about 3/8"), it starts to fire, and cleans up its act, Change that plug to a different cylinder and start over. If that misfire follows the plug, it is a bad plug. If the mis stays in the cylinder, and comes back the same way, I would do the manifold leak check, a compression check, and a cylinder leak down test. Getting to the real problem is the key.
