IH did have the 70 series STEIGER built 4wds actually made. There were (to the best of my research) 2 of each model size made. The difference being that one had a 3 pt hitch and the other was "bareback". I know of the location of several of these, I have repaired these and even drove one. They are very similar to the Series IV STEIGERS in the tractor interior. These will be fully covered in my new book on IH numbered tractors (1955-1985)from MOTORBOOKS due out in 2000.
