I have an old Motor's manual that covers tractor engines back to the 30's. Although it doesn't specifically mention the Farmall, it does have specs for the F-20, 10-20, F-series, W-series, letter series, etc. All IH engines it lists have 45 degree valve seat angles for both intake and exhaust.
Hope this helps. My Farmall regular manual talks about lapping the valves, but doesn't give the seat angle.
