I got my engine kit from this site the other day. Seems to be an incredible kit for the money. Some parts even say "Made in the U.S.A."!!
I had my machine shop pull the old sleeves, since they were really stuck & I don/t have a press. When I took the kit to the shop, the mechanic took all the stuff for the head, and then grabbed just the new sleeves to re-install. In doing so, the pistons & sleeves are no longer matched to each other. Is this a problem? So far this guy has impressed me. It's the best shop in town, and he was working on a big Cat diesel when I was there, but they say to match them.
