OK heres the way it goes. Parts book lists 4 0r 5 brake bands so I called Case IH in Jasper GA just 80 miles away and inquired about brake bands and they came up with only one band available for my 51 M. The cost of each is 127$ plus shipping to get them in plus shippng to me or I could spend mmost of a day and 8 gals of gas at $3.15 to go get them. I guess Ill take my chances elsewhere. Take note that there are different bands for different tractors. I will bet that there are different size drums around. Henry
