Don't know if there is room---but one option is to remove the heli-coils & put studs up in the holes & weld them tight in the rear end casting. If I remember correctly, those bolts are 3/4 inch. Maybe the heli-coils are tight enough to thread in 3/4 inch studs & weld them tight---however, most heli-coils have built-in "spring" & might not be able to be welded tight. Option13 is to try & put in 7/8 studs & weld tight, but don't know if there is room to ream the holes on the plate & get 7/8 nuts on the studs.
