Most likely the seal on the pump needs to be replaced. You will have to drop the entire pump/resevoir assembly out of the tractor. Be forwarned, it is HEAVY! Then unscrew the end off of the pump shaft, it unscrews counterclockwise. You can then remove and replace the seal.
