Tarkwondo guy, which bolts are you saying are tight? There are 10 bolts that attach the pump back plate to the reservoir, with a gasket between, but you can"t even see some of those bolts until you drop the Liftall from the tractor. I"m with Nebraska Kirk in that it"s probably leaking from the pumps's drive shaft seal. The drive shaft coupling you"ll need to remove before you can replace the seal can be a bear to get loose. And the Lift-all pump is indeed heavy, and top heavy. It tends to want to flip over once the top of it clears the belly opening as you lower it. Good luck.
