I would like to know what the maximum voltage output should be for a early cub 6 volt generator which has just the cut-out and no regulator except for the high-low position switch to control the resistor in the field circuit. Someone told me it should be 17+ volts that does not seem right to me. also what should the maximum Amps output be? Thanks for any advice on this...........Gale
