No. The governor tubes are specific to each tractor. The tube length on the M through 450 will be longer due to the increased length of the engine.
The tube used on the H through 350 is shorter, because of the shorter engine length.
You can put an M carb on an H or a 300 and still use the governor tube that is currently on the tractor.
