I have same on an F-12 and same brand on a 10-20. Are yours solid for the most part? Mine are and heavy as heck.
This F-12 is what I think is a conversion tractor from a waukesha to IHC motor. The number stamped in the IHC engine (near the fuel pump) is FSR 649. Have not come across anyone who has ever seen similar treatment on an F-12. Gurus have no good explanation because they can't find same in the archives. I'm assumeing there is information in those archives that explain how to inhale and exhale?
