If just the elastomer components are shot, this is a pretty simple deal - just a little time and effort.
If the cylinder casting is damaged, you will need to replace it. Some of the cylinders are hard to find,....BUT....I don't know if that is the case with the C1300.
NAPA, Carquest, or other parts stores should have rebuild-parts (likely in stock). Tear it down and see what you need, then take the parts in and match up the old with the new.
The last time I was in a Schucks store and asked about parts for a '52 IH L-series, I was told "we don't deal with anything that old."
