If you want to try an idea that i have used in the past. Put two seals in, back to back. The first in the normal direction, followed by another in the opposite direction. Put some grease in the cavity between the two if you wish. The idea is that the outer seal keeps the dirt out and protects the inner seal that is keeping the oil in. All the best, Rex
