7100 series Magnums had issues with flow controls, check and see if set screw has came out where flow control cable meets the flow control. Manually turn stem of flow control while under unit it is probably stuck in brass packing nut. Be carefull this can get expensive if you get to rough with flow control. Case does offer a replacement flow control and spool if you break it for about 400 dollars. Good Luck
