Should be at least two 1/4" or 5/16" thresded holes in your steering wheel. Attach a small T-bar puller or automotive steering wheel puller to these holes, puller screw pushes against the steering shaft. Tighten puller screw and give the screw a good whap with a hammer, should pop right off. Spray down with your favorite spray lube now and let soak until you get a puller.
