Should have said most 400 gasoline and LP that came with dip stick didn't have petcock openings in pan. Kerosene and distallite with dipstick had openings with petcock in one and other pluged. IH and others sold dipsticks to install on previous blocks. IH also sold replacement blocks with dipstick opening and replacement oil pans with petcock openings.
