Then it sounds like your clutch is slipping. You can first check the clearance between the pedal and the stop. On the industrial, I don"t have the figure, on the row crop it is about an inch (not exact without looking it up) but if yours has virtually no clearance the linkage needs to be adjusted. You can first try that. The TA and and clutch are supposed to be adjusted at the same time -- that is a lengthly procedure that you really need a manual for, or someone else can give a lengthly explanation. If those adjustments don"t work, IMO you need a new clutch. But it should slip in any gear. Put it under load in 1st or 2nd and see if it slips.
