I've not found a torque spec for that nut. However based on the tread diameter/pitch I tightened the nut on my SH to about 90 ft-lb
Also the nut should be castellated to accept a cotter pin. After tightening turn the nut back just enough so one of the castellations lines up with the cotter pin hole in the pivot shaft, then slide a cotter pin through to lock it.
