Zach: M's did not come with them and you do not need springs, washers nor an o-ring if you have the correct idle adjusting screw, packing nut and packing. Brent was kind enough to provide you with the part numbers for the only parts you need. According to the M manual an initial setting of 3 to 5 turns open should get you started up. mike
