Hello, sounds like you have everything covered. The flywheel step should be 1.938" if is not within .020 I would have it ground. I would replace the ipto shaft if the splines are worn. I always replace the ipto bearing and seals.check the ipto housing if the bearing turns in the housing replace the housing this is important if you do alot of heavy pto work. before you install the clutch take the clutch disc and slide it on the clutch shaft make sure is free if it binds you will have trouble going into gear until clutch wears in. check the throw out bearing carrier and pack the grove inside with grease.
