Thanks for all your help. I called Stauffer Salvage and got one that was only 3 days from my date code. What a find! Again I appreciate everyone for the help! P.S. If anyone out there has a front pedestal off a Super H around April or May 1953, I would be very interested. I found one at a salvage yard a while back but it had an August date code and would like to find one a little closer to April. I already overhauled it with new bearings, oil seals and primed and painted and ready to bolt on. Maybe someday down the road ill find another super h that needs a front pedistal.
