As far as I know, the bolt-to-the-drawbar type sickle mowers are pretty generic. That's why a green one fits a red tractor so easily. All you need is a U-shaped drawbar and a PTO that doesn't exceed 540RPM.
I'm thinking the F20 PTO is a 520RPM, and may be the wrong size spline (1-1/8" diameter vs. the standard 1-3/8"), but that can be fixed with an adapter. It's also tucked up under the transmission, so a longer PTO shaft might be required.
Other than that, you can pretty much mount any sickle bar out there. Hydraulics would be handy, though.
