When I had the head off I really didn't check the cylinder cause I was only thinking that my problem was a cracked or warped head or blown head gasket. Then machine shop did touch up the exhaust manifold surface but it looked as if it was only done by a wire brush and not milled. Would it be alright if both surfaces were milled flat. Cause around the exhaust ports there looks to be some grooves.
