My suggestion is jack the front of the tractor up to get the front tires off the ground, then secure it very well. Remove the 3 bolts per side on each wheel and remove the tire/rim from the hub. Take the tire/rim to the tire place and they will remove and replace the old tires and tubes. Reverse the process to get it back on. Make sure to inspect the bolts and ensure they are worth putting back on. Replace if necessary.
