I have lived in the Cortland area and have purchased a lot of local stuff for almost my lifetime. I also have been able to understand how people in this town operate. I'm sorry to say that my real request was that I wanted to know where to get them and what size they were for my tractor. I thank everyone for the advise. I'll look and see just what I can come up with. I will most likely get help with repairing the rim I have and running it another 50 years. Thanks again.
