Bill: You should not need to measure anything with block part number 354898 R1. It is the only block ever used in offset tractors that you can buy 3", 3-1/8" or 3-1/4" pistons and sleeves for without any modification to the block. Basically there was never any need to bore that block for those 3 sizes. All other blocks need to be bored for 3-1/4" sleeves, possibly some of them for 3-1/8" bore. I don't think you can buy a 3" bore kit for blocks used in 130 and 140, very likely no one ever asked.
Having said that if your supplier needs block measurements for for block with part number 354898 R1 they are not smart enough to be selling parts, and I personally wouldn't deal with them. I know I can walk into my CaseIH dealer and buy the right kit using only the block part number, as long as I'm certain the block has not been modified, and with block 354898 R1, there is no reason to modify.
