I agree with Spook. And, speaking only for myself, tractors are a hobby, something to work on. No use buying one if there is nothing to work on. However, there are numerous auctions in Red Power Magazine and Antique Power featuring restored tractors, so someone buys them. New tires are a plus, provided they aren't Chinese or something. Tires are the most expensive single item, perhaps next to the engine, depending on what is done to it. Tires blow my budget everytime.
