As you know, I blew the head gasket on my super A. I have the head at a shop. Looking at the deck surface of the block, The sleeves are up enough to catch your fingernail. When I put a straight edge on the block, I can get gaps .006 at most. Is this too much for the bi-layer felpro gasket? Are my sleeves walking out? Is this why I blew the head gasket?? When I bought the tractor this spring, it was leaking water underneath the head so I put a new head gasket on. Its just 5 months old now and was running fine untill last week.
