I just recently purchased my first diesel tractor with a wide front at a auction for what I consider at a good price of $5,300. Everything appears to be in good working order except for the brakes that will need some attention. This tractor is going to be retired into my collection and only used for parades, tractor shows and the occasional plow day activities. The tractor is a 1967 Farmall 706 German Diesel. My question is what things about this tractor do I need to be awear of and how much is involved in repairing the brakes. Believe it or not I finally decided to joint the 21st. century with this new computer and retired my chisle & stone tablet. As soon as I learn more about the computer world I'll list my URL# and post a picture of my 706 and 1957 Farmall 350 gas tractor. Thanks in advance for any and all help.
