If I were you I would replace all the hoses. Change the oil in the transmission and Bull gear housings, and engine along with replacing all filters. The first thing to do is go to a dealer or a farm store and buy a service manual.I have a 706 and a 756 both with the 310 engine and I like the engine. My 706 is a 1967 and the 756 is a 1968. I haven"t farmed since 1997 and didn"t use the 706 that much since I only bought it in 1996, but still use it some because it has a loader on it. I farmed with the 756 for about 15 years, before I quit.
