I recently purchased a Farmall M narrow front tractor. I purchased a good used original wide front end to put on the tractor to make it just like the one I grew up on. Our Farmall M, when I was a kid, had a factory wide front that was directly under the radiator. I have since seen several M"s with factory wide fronts that stuck out in front of the radiator like they were just mounted farther forward. Can any of you Farmall guys explain this to me and why the difference? Thanks for any response!
