first off the battery is fully charged, it is showing 7.6 volts with the meter. I am getting fire to the starter switch on the starter. removed the starter and switch and juped strait to stud on starter and the starter kicked out fine. thought it was the switch so got new switch /no change. It is like switch is not making contac with the stud on the starter. IT is on a farmall 100 thank you for any sugestion. jeeper55
