I will agree with Bill on the point of the epoxy primer. This is the best stuff ever made. However, I am in the process of painting my tractor now. I have used the IH 2150 red. I added quite a bit of Centari hardener to the paint. It looks almost as good as the brand new $4500 paint job on my 68 Camaro convertible. I don't know how it will hold up over time, but it has not been that hard to paint and I could do it several times if I needed to and still be money ahead. As for the clear, I don't think you really need it unless you want to clear over the decals to protect them from stains. The secret is hardener in the paint. Makes all the difference in the world. Even with cheap paint....
