You need to remove the front axle by removing the pin. You then can remove the bottom half of the sector replace everything seals bushings and maybe the top bearing and a new key. Parts will run around 50.00 when finished fill with 150 gear lube. Make sure the spindles are greased good maybe even removing the links on the top so you get good lube on the bottom of the spindles. I have done a bunch in the last few yrs and they will steer great.
