I saw the thread about these engines 3-4 pages back and I am wondering what is different in these engines that make them so expensive to rebuild? I have an 806D that needs a rebuild and wanted to do it myself, considering I have been inside many engines both gas and diesel. However after hearing about how touchy they are I am hesitant to start. Can you please explain?
